When will I get my kit?
Allow 7 to 10 days between your order and delivery. Kits are shipped directly by our manufacturer, from China. The estimated dates are shown on the product page and in your cart. As soon as your parcel ships, you get an email with the tracking number.

Every parcel is tracked.
As kits are shipped from China, import taxes may apply depending on your country. Any questions? Write to us before ordering.
Damaged, incomplete or lost parcel
Write to contact@popelote.com with your order number and a photo. If an item is missing or damaged, we send it again free of charge. If the parcel doesn't arrive, we open an investigation with the carrier and, if it is lost, we send you a new kit or refund you.
Changed your mind? Returns within 14 days
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed.
- Write to contact@popelote.com with your order number.
- Send the kit back within the following 14 days to: Popelote — Retours, 526 rue Paradis, 13008 Marseille, France.
- We refund you within 14 days, including the original shipping cost (standard rate), using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs are paid by you. You may open the kit to check its contents; if the yarn has been used, part of the refund may be withheld (article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).
Faulty kit
If an item in the kit is faulty, you benefit from the legal guarantees described in our terms of sale: we replace the item or the kit, or refund you. Write to us with a photo.
